Flexible and Accommodating

Teresa was incredibly helpful in liaising with a number of parties during the conditional period including vendors, inspectors and myself, as I was overseas during some of this time and could only reply via email. As a result of vendor circumstances, the initial offer process was a bit messy, however, Teresa was accommodating in fulfilling requests to ensure the property was in good condition for settlement, proactively reaching out at times to ensure a smooth settlement process. She was always prompt in answering any questions I had or clarifying steps, as this was the purchase of my first home.
