▶Teresa was incredibly helpful in liaising with a number of parties during the conditional period including vendors, inspectors and myself, as I was overseas during some of this time and could only reply via email. As a result of vendor circumstances, the initial offer process was a bit messy, however, Teresa was accommodating in fulfilling requests to ensure the property was in good condition for settlement, proactively reaching out at times to ensure a smooth settlement process. She was always prompt in answering any questions I had or clarifying steps, as this was the purchase of my first home.
As soon as we approached Teresa she provided us with market information of similar properties both on the market and recent sales data to help us set a realistic price range. She was quick to arrange to view our property, provide us with clear advertising costs and sourced a property stylist for us. We were provided with regular feedback on how our advertising campaign was performing. Within a short time we had our brochures ready for our first open for inspection and from this we had our buyer! She has an immense amount of knowledge of the industry and is dedicated to delivering the sale. Nothing is too much trouble and we believe she goes well above and beyond other agents we have dealt with in the past.
