Leanne made the purchase of the property nice a very good experience, with her knowledge of the area, professionalism and reliability in getting back to us as needed a real standout. No enquiries were too big or too small, including when we negotiated the price, had any general questions, asked to see the property again during building inspection and then again in the final inspection, together with dealing with the vendor on our request to purchase any of the existing furniture. Leanne and/or her colleague Teresa were also readily available for us. Don’t get caught up on which agent has the lowest fee or quotes the highest price. You need to hire a negotiator and Leanne is the best on the area. We have sold two properties with Leanne and got the most she could - she knew our minimum and ignored it to get the best she could for us. Not many agents like her.
