We were very lucky to of met Michael in the early stages of our property search, as soon as we met we instantly had a great relationship. We’d had a number of different experiences with agents during our search and none came close to the honesty and well mannered personality that Michael had. He often referenced his own experiences with buying homes which helped us to understand the process and know what to look out for. We never sold before so had 7 appriasals done and were down to choosing 1 of 2 shortlisted. We went for an inspection on a Saturday and Badiha was managing that property. Not having met her before, we felt an instant warmth coming in and a sense of confidence.
