Everyone is awesome, best realestate we’ve dealt with! I feel so bad for telling them about things that need to be fixed, but it’s always been handled and very fast too! Krystle was our property manager when we were renting, and then once we had an investment property, she was the first person was called to manage our property. Krystle is reasonable, approachable, and takes care of both tenant and landlord. We cannot thank Krystle enough for the effort she has put in to taking care of our property. We are extremely impressed with Krystal as our property manager. She is incredibly knowledgeable of our rental having looked after it for a number of years. She has been there to answer all of our questions (no matter how silly) and is not afraid to help out with unconventional property things (cleaning up puppy accidents). She has been very friendly when attending our property and loves playing with our pup, Winnie. We would recommend Krystal and Exceed Property to our friends when looking out for their next property!
