Exceptionally Responsive
Andrew and his team, in particular Anthony Angelis, my portfolio manager, are exceptionally responsive to the needs of my tenants, and in turn my needs. This leads to a harmonious relationships for everyone, lower tenant turnover, a better looking property, lower vacancy rates and untimely tenants happy to pay a higher rent.
