Andrew was honest from the start regardless of telling me what he thought would be bad news and possibly be scaring me off. Other agents I had chatted with basically lied as they were obviously trying to buy the listing which would have been detrimental to my sale possibly resulting in a much lower offer than what I received and could have been stuck on the market. The agency was professional at all times, assisted in preparing for the sale, great advertising including very nice brochures and always kept me up to date at all times. The market was volatile and no an ideal time to sell, but they did what they could and don't think I would have done any better anywhere else, especially as mine was the first unit to sell in our complex after 3 months. Would definitely use Exclusive again.
