I was very impressed with Alex’s communication throughout the process. We received verbal reports immediately after each open house a weekly written report. I wasn't entirely happy with the outcome post settlement. Was told that professional cleaning would be done on the 2 year apartment however after moving in the apartment found the kitchen cabinets was filthy, dust, bugs and dirty socks in them (I have photos of this). several items were broken (toilet paper holder, towel holder & showers. Toilets were really gross and calcified so we had to clean it. It was overall handed in in an unacceptable condition for an apartment build 2 years ago We also found out that there is no foxtel connection and internet was never connected to the apartment. internet took several weeks and foxtel is not an option. During the negotiations, i was happy with the service. overall not satisfied as details were kept from us.
