Hi, Alex recently helped me sell a property in Sydney's inner west. Before selling we thoroughly researched both the agents and the market in the area. Of the short listed agents Alex and Andrew were not the agents who won us over with an inflated market estimate or with a rock bottom commission. In fact, Alex fell short on both counts but did excel on knowledge, experience and a strong willingness to worth with us throughout the entire process. Their communication was consistent accurate and plentiful. There are some good agents around but Alex and Andrew were in hindsight exceptional value for money and we are very happy to recommend them.
