When we first discussed the sale of the property, Andrew was positive but not unrealistic. He provided detailed analysis of the market, with an expert assessment of the comparable listings and recent sales. He leveraged his contacts and kept us up to date during the sale process, notifying me and my sons of every important step, but also saving us from the finer details. The sale process was stressful, but Andrew went above and beyond. He must surely be in the discussion as one of the best in Australia. I've run out of superlatives but I cannot recommend highly enough.
