We were very pleased with the price that we got. He chose a great strategy for marketing our property and did really well to market it, in very difficult circumstances. The relationship between us was not at all good, and there was even a tenant in the property. He just managed to very calmly solve all the difficult problems to this sale and still got a good price. His communication was excellent, I thought that he was a very real person, not given to just telling you whatever suits him or what he thinks you want to here. It was clear from our first meeting with Kristy that she knows the area backwards.
