Dee was a breeze to deal with, very down to earth and easy to communicate with. She definitely had my best interests foremost and she did not stop at the first offer received, and she achieved a sale price above what I thought could be achieved, so it definitely is in your best interests to have someone working for you who is up to date with the real estate market in your suburb. Dee kept me informed at all times but she also ran by me her proposals and asked for my input. All transactions were smooth and hassle free. The marketing/advertising fees were hands down amazing, literally a third of what other real estate agents are charging, for same/similar exposure. Dee covered all aspects of what being an agent is all about (and I can say this by comparison with my past real estate agent dealings). She dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's and it was a pleasure! I am very grateful to Dee for her expertise in selling my property and I recommend her without hesitation if you are seeking to sell your property.

From the beginning, Dee was very intent on working with me to obtain the best possible price. While I did not act on some of her suggestions, at no time did she try to pressure me into doing something that I was not comfortable with. She communicated all her actions before doing something. I felt as if I was kept 'in the loop' with everything. I really appreciated her eye for detail which helped me on several occasions. Again, no pressure if I did not want to follow her advice. At all times, I felt that Dee had control of all the details to sell my property. Her demeanor and approach were at all times most professional which filled me with confidence that she had the knowledge and ability to sell my house. I was very impressed with the way Dee worked with me to sell my house. I felt as if we were part of a team. It was a very pleasing experience.
