Having worked with lazy agents on previous sales, Alex was an absolute godsend. His diligence in researching the market and encouraging us to employ marketing strategies to boost the sale was amazing. We sold the house on first viewing! We also moved interstate before settlement and Alex (and his awesome colleague, Matt) took care of the property, our mail and fixed items to ensure that the home would be maintained and ready for the new buyer.
