As a first time seller I new nothing about the process. My house was in a terrible state and I needed to sell fast to secure my next property. I thought I was going to have to sell it as a fixer upper. Celia came along and was an absolute blessing and was able to work miracles with a very restricted timeframe. Her knowledge and excellent advice throughout the whole process was outstanding and she knows the best people. She put me onto SaleFunder which enabled me to renovate my house before sale with no upfront costs. She recommended an excellent builder who was able to work around me and performed miracles in a very short space of time to make the place look absolutely amazing. She found a fantastic auctioneer in Anthony De Marco. I was able to achieve a sale price I never could have without her help and guidance and connections.
