2 Opens - 95 buyers - 17 Offers & SOLD for $150k MORE than other agents quoted
SOLD $1,050,000 - HIGHEST PRICE PER SQM ever recorded in Wynn Vale. We invested an extra $2.5 k into marketing (total $6k) and carried out renovations to the tune of around $15k to ensure that we attracted every buyer possible. We were expecting 20 or so groups through, so when 71 buyers rocked up at the first open we were overwhelmed. We only conducted 2 open homes and attracted a total of 95 buyers through the home to sell for a record price per Sqm of living area at a whopping $5440 per Sqm of living area. Achieving $1,050,000. 4 other agents (from the most well know agencies in the area all quoted me between $900k to $950k.
