Great Negotiator
We were referred to Clinton by friends who told us he would look after us and be our advocate in the sale process. Clinton looked over the property and gave us advice about what needed to be done to make the property sale ready. We listened to all his advice and did pretty much everything he suggested. If you are going to have someone sell your home you need to trust them and that includes following their advice, where you can. Clinton came up with a sales strategy that matched our needs and implemented it perfectly (with online advertising, social media, a for sale board and letter drops). Our job was to make sure that the property put on its best show; clean, tidy, inviting and homely. We did our job so Clinton could do his job. Clinton is a skilled negotiator; his job was to encourage Purchasers to pay the best price for our property. Basically, offer the price that, if someone else offers more, you are prepared to miss out on the property. Clinton helped make a difficult process easier to navigate. We thoroughly recommend Clinton to anyone selling or purchasing.
