Bjorn was professional, honest and it was all about me the vendor. Everything he told me to expect came to fruision plus more. He made the whole expirence hassle free. He worked hard for me holding 3 opens in a week when it was off market and got offers l would have accepted. He told me if we spend some money and market it l guarantee you will get more even though the off market offers were right up there so he knew from the off market interest that would be the case. He was right he had 3 opens again in a week and then 2 days later after the last open l had 2 offers way over the off market one and the highest bid won. I thank Bjorn so much cause it was a very difficult time for me due to other circumstances and he made it so easy so it didnt add more stress to my situation. He also went above and beyond to help with things that he really never had to. Bjorn is a caring individual and l can say with 100% confidence he's not there just to keep the dollars rolling he is there to do the best for the vendor.
