We first met Mike about 3 years ago with no intention of selling but built great rapport. Not once did he try to “sell” me something like many other agents and not once did he brag, gloat or talk himself up, he proved himself when the time was right. When we were interested in selling our home and investment and didn’t know where to start we came to him and he did all the groundwork and happily met with us to explain all the options we could take allowing us to make our own informed decision. He gave advice when asked but never forced us down a certain path but of course shared his expert experience when we asked. Fast forward to the time we were ready to take the plunge, he organised everything for us, we didn’t lift a finger! Within a week he had our home STUNNINGLY styled, INCREDIBLE photos taken and to our surprise a number of parties already interested in our property! It was on the market and offers streaming in after our first official open!! And just like that it was under contract! Not once did he force us to do anything, he had our best interests at heart, and was warm and approachable for all parties and above all the end result was better than we had even imagined! This whole process has been so smooth and we can’t wait to use Mike again when we sell our investment property! He gets a 🙌🏻 and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us! After buying a house and the agent was so rude and made the whole process a nightmare, Mike was an absolute breath of fresh air!!
