I choose Murari over others for a few important reasons: a) the Nepalians’ resident population occupied the majority in Bardia; Murari had cultural, linguistic and communication advantages; b) his base is at Edmondson Park, the location gave him easy access to his clients; c) his excellent local market knowledge and professional expertise, he knew exactly what he was doing; d) his slogan coincided with my belief and interests: “Never sell cheap.” He had this unusual confidence to sell for the best price; e) his competitive edges were his passion, diligence and no-nonsense work ethic; f) his commission was 33% lower than his fellow agents in Bardia and 50% less than his counterparts from Sydney, and his marketing fee was 50% lower than everybody else. During the process, I witnessed first-hand how Murari operated. This was the most difficult and complex property transaction in my life. My house was new construction, which added a new dimension of difficulties. In addition to dealing with different solicitors, buyers/sellers, Murari had to deal with the builders. The buyer’s solicitor was an exceptional dedicated lawyer from a large & powerful law firm in Sydney. This solicitor sent his client’s demands almost everyday. There were even demands on the settlement day. On the other hand, the builder was slow in response to rectify many defects in the new house, which created tensions. When issues came, Murari stayed calm and cool, used his common sense, and strong problem solving skills to diffuse those problems. Murari adhered to his strategies and protected my interests. He gave me lots of great advice based on his deep knowledges of the market and his rich understanding of human nature. He chased down the builders to do their jobs, he answered both buyers’ and seller’s solicitors’ requests, and my many urgent telephone calls. If you want to buy or sell your property, he is the best answer to you! If you choose him, you will be as happy as me. He is a gem!
