Buying my home through David was one of the most pleasant experiences of my life.

The negotiation was completed within 24 hours, the fastest I have ever bought or sold a house. Professional

David was awesome to work with (as was Greg) and made the experience of selling so much less stressful. Great communication on all levels, very honest, down to earth and a sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge and recommendation of local trades/contacts was such a huge help as was his advice (and hand holding) every step of the way.
