Very experienced, personable agent -achiving an optimum sale for us.

David & the team at Explore Property are a boutique agency. Able to focus & give us the attention we needed to stand out and not just be another listing - with the bigger agencies. He is an excellent communicator and guide . I have not sold a house before . He was readily available and answered my questions . He kept me updated on every step of the way . He rang me to congratulate me on my sale at the end of the service and has kept the line of communication open.

David and his staff were friendly, helpful and informative.

David, Shaun and their staff were absolutely fabulous, they were very efficient and professional in their presentation of the Unit and made the process very easy (being my first solo purchase). The knowledge that they provide me regarding my request of what I was looking for was 10/10. David secured the unit for me at a respectful and positive price. They were constantly informing me about anything that I had to do and explained everything to the end. I would highly recommend Explore Property to anyone that was looking to purchase or sell a property. Their knowledge of the area was sublime and they were very helpful. Buying my home through David was one of the most pleasant experiences of my life.

I felt an instant rapport with David. He was open and friendly and had good knowledge about the property. All questions were answered swiftly and honestly. The negotiation was completed within 24 hours, the fastest I have ever bought or sold a house. It was delivered in a very professional manner with expediancy and clarity of the terms so I understood exactly where I stood. After the contract was signed, David and his team continued with outstanding service providing me with ongoing assistance whilst I navigated through to the completion of the interstate purchase. Professional

David was awesome to work with (as was Greg) and made the experience of selling so much less stressful. Great communication on all levels, very honest, down to earth and a sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge and recommendation of local trades/contacts was such a huge help as was his advice (and hand holding) every step of the way.
