Luke was amazing to work with! Being a first home buyer, we didn't really know what to expect when buying a house. It was all very new and daunting to us. But Luke was so helpful and patient with us. He answered so many of our questions, even if they were silly. We were also 10 hours away from where we were buying so everything was done via phone/email and Luke made the long-distance process so easy. Luke shared his knowledge of the local area with us and also helped us find local pest/building services which was super helpful as being new to the area we had no idea! His communication was perfect, always keeping us informed or checking in and was always very professional. I would highly recommend Luke for your next house purchase or sale!
