YOU WERE FANTASTIC RIGHT UNTIL THE DAY AFTER TAKE OVER DAY WHEN WE SEEN THE HOUSE WAS NOT VERY CLEAN HAD TO RIP CARPET UP, REPLACE FILTHY STOVE TOP, FOOD PARTICLE IN DRAWERS IN KITCHEN. REPLACE FILTHY FANS FULLY PAINT INSIDE AND THE BIGGEST EXPENSE WAS THE ENSUITE WHICH HAD PINK GROUT AND 4 CRACKED TILES ON FLOOR (WHICH WAS NOT THERE WHEN WE INSPECTED THE HOUSE). BEING NEW TO THE AREA I RANG YOU FOR A RELIABLE TILER FOR ENSUITE END OF MAY. YOU CHOSE TO IGNORE THIS CALL DISSAPOINTED.
