From the moment we stepped into 64 Malcomson Street, in our matching yellow outfits, Jack and I knew it was meant to be our home. At the time however, we truly thought the housing market was going to be impossible for us to get into, but Ciara was determined to prove us wrong. It was so refreshing meeting an agent that truly cared for all parties, not just the end result. From the first open home, Ciara was positive it was the right fit for us. Through her amazing communication between ourselves and the sellers, learning little tidbits of history on the property, and lots of effort, Ciara was able to tick all the boxes the sellers had laid out. I still remember how excited we both were when she was able to call me to say "Congratulations! You've got it!". The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Ciara is quick, efficient, and energised, allowing our first home purchase to be smooth and stress free. Also worth mentioning that all of this was happening right up to the Christmas break, and she was so efficient that we were moved in by Christmas Eve!! I truly enjoyed all our phone calls, always having a laugh 😂 It was a joy getting to know Ciara, and I can't wait to show her what we have done with our dream home. It was truly wonderful having Ciara on our team 🩷 In short, 10/10, 5 stars 🌟, would buy a house from again. You're the best Ciara!

Dean was a pleasure to deal with, he was great with communication and liaising with my rental agent (I was selling a rental property), prospective buyers and myself. Unit sold by Ciara after a couple of hassles with buyers. Ciara was very professional throughout and always had our best interests at heart. Whilst we didn't acheive the result we had been hoping for we did acheive a sale in a market that appeared to be the worst in Australia for sales of Units. We move on now and if we were ever to purchase another property in the Mackay area we would not hesitate in utilising the services of Ciara and Explore Property again.
