Thank goodness Ciara was our agent for the purchase of our new home. Conveyancers were blaming each other and advised signed documents from the seller had not been received, the seller was uncontactable. In desperation I reached out to Ciara who happily took control of the situation. Ciara contacted the seller, discussed and resolved the issue enabling us to move into our new home on the designated day.
