I found Robert Day to be a consummate professional in real estate. I would recommend him to anyone. When selling our property, he communicated extremely well - we were always up to date on what was happening. His internet advertising was superb and included digital enhancements that presented our property in the best way possible. As our property was a rental, he liaised with the tenant and the agent on our behalf, which made it so easy for us. He even organised for some plumbing work that was required and was just totally on top of things the whole way. He also understood our background and the reason we were selling, and he worked hard to get the best outcome for us. In fact, he secured a buyer from the first inspection for a sale price above the asking price. I'm not sure how I could ask for anything more!
