I have the highest regard for Ciara during my purchase of 23 Perkins St . The vendors were anxious and delicate. for some reason my finance over the Easter period took way too long to finalize , Ciara went to work and kept the vendors in the game. Next my conveyancing firm made a mistake which put the finalization of my purchase further behind and the sale in jeopardy. once again Ciara was able to keep the vendors on side for the extra time needed . we came close to loosing the purchase and i'm certain that with out Ciara's dedication we would not have our neat little home.

We unfortunately was not able to view the property which we purchased so had to engage our son to look at with Trevor . We found Trevor was very helpful and understood our problem . he was in constant contact with us and our son . Then there was the storm a few days before settlement which saw some minor damage. Trevor jumped onto it immediately with he previous owners and had it fix quickly . He also took some extra photos and a video on the day of settlement so we could see our new property .
