Luke was absolutely amazing. He put a lot of thought, effort and care into his role of selling the property for me. This was particularly appreciated because I do not live in the location that was my property was in. And even though my property was not worth a lot of money, that did not seem to matter to Luke. I appreciated his honesty and genuineness also. I recommend Luke to anyone selling a property in Mackay and surrounds.

I found it frustrating that when purchasing a property through Stacy recently, a lot of my concerns about the house were dismissed, it was very obvious that Stacy was working for the seller and not the purchaser. Being a first home buyer and living in another state the process was made a lot harder than I had imagined. The inspection of the house was rushed and uninformative and I have since found a lot of problems that require fixing. Paperwork was sent at the last minute constantly and required to be returned immediately, getting in contact with the real estate was less than desirable, leaving messages only to have them finally returned after 9pm some nights. Buying this house was not an enjoyable process at all unfortunately.

Although not quite achieving the price I had hoped for, I found Luke to be very professional in his approach. He was both fair and honest to the buyer and myself as the seller. He was outstanding in keeping me informed and very diligent in following up any and all interest. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Even after a contract was signed he diligently followed through so that the sale could be completed. Overall I was very happy with the result and the time frame it occurred in.
