EXCEPTIONAL AGENT
We have used Emma Nancarrow as our Real Estate Agent to sell our investment property located in Idalia. We are based in NSW and Emma was outstanding in making sure the property was in perfect condition ready to sell, she liaised with myself and all other professionals to have any works carried out that was needed, she had the property styled and the marketing was exceptional. We were delighted with how fast she was able to sell the home and also the price was above our expectations. We can not recommend her highly enough. Emma Nancarrow helped with the purchase of our new home recently. The thing that stood out for us was how patient and thoughtful she was. It's not something we do everyday so this meant we were a bit unsure and nervous, especially as we were moving from interstate. Emma was on the go from the moment we made contact with her. An open for inspection was underway on the first weekend. Very obliging, the icing on the cake was when she offered my wife a ride to the airport.

Excellent lady to deal with.
This is the second time we have worked with Emma. Once to buy and once to sell. Both times she was an absolute gem and very kind. Her knowledge and experience is amazing. I would certainly recommend get to any one buying or selling. I shall certainly be using her again
