Results speak for themselves
Wayne and Kadison were very friendly and easy to deal with. Nothing was too hard for them and they were always honest with feedback. We felt comfortable that they would deliver the results that we were after and in the end we gained our target price and our dream of a rent-back option. We could not have been happier with the results.

Excellent Agent
I would recommend Wayne & Kadison From Express Property to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. They were both honest & upfront with information & what was happening with prospective clients. They achieved the price we wanted in a tough market & were very professional in their approach & negotiations. Detailed reports were given after open homes & they were always available on the phone to answer any queries we might of had. Thanks to his realistic prices, good sound advice concerning my home and his excellent advertising skills of a video, walk through commentary and a display sign I obtained a very quick sale with no problems or fuss.
