I incentivise all agents that I use and offered Allie 10% commission on the sale price achieved above "the market". She worked a number of buyers well and we were very happy with the price she negotiated. We accepted an offer, which was not reflected in the contract. A 60 day sale became 60 days after conditions were met (Building and Pest Inspections) which changed settlement times considerably, I signed the contract based on price and just got on with it as I still collected rents. However, I still have not received a requested tax invoice etc, which is very disappointing. Price was 5 stars, back office 1 star.
