I am an investor from the East coast, and hands down Rajni is the best Property Manager I’ve had. She got me the best yield for my property (now almost 9%) and really markets the properties to their best potential to achieve the highest market rate. Tenants are found within a few days with low vacancy periods. She is also great at looking after all aspects of managing the property and the tenants. Hands down don’t even consider another Property Manager, Rajni is no. 1 (by a mile)!
