Fantastic !
Can't rate Gary highly enough. Whilst I was the Purchaser (and the Agent is engaged by the Vendor) in this transaction, from the very beginning Gary was very easy to deal with, never "pushy", and made the entire transaction "a walk in the park!" Any questions or queries were dealt with promptly, which was greatly appreciated. Whilst I wont be selling my property any time soon, I will certainly be recommending Gary as a "great Agent" to friends etc. Sincere thanks Gary, huge thumbs up to you.

Integrity - doing what is expected without being asked
Gary demonstrated respect to the tenants of the properties I was viewing. He was able to suggest another property on the run based on our conversation. He listened. He knew the area very well. And he was considerate of the needs of my ailing mother who accompanied me on the viewing of the property that I subsequently bought. Thanks Gary.

Gets the job done!

David’s sign up process was straight forward and clear and when we started negotiating with a potential buyer, he communicated regularly with me and discussed everything.
