All the people at Fall specially courtney, Shontai, Josie and Kristy were really accomodating and friendly. Sometimes they can be very busy and unresponsive but in all cases they usually calls/emails back to us to follow up really quickly. They are understanding of people's needs and we felt really welcomed by their gestures all throughout.
