My wife and I moved to Hobart from interstate for work and study. Fall Real Estate handled our rental application with professionalism and efficiency. We we were informed about the progress of our application throughout and received word of our successful application in a couple of days. We were able to arrange a lease start date that lined up with our arrival time in Hobart. We landed in Hobart, picked up our keys from the office and were in our new home in less than an hour. All communication with the office has been answered promptly, and we were encouraged to inform them of any maintenance issues. These maintenance requests were actioned immediately.
