Very poor agent service. Poor market knowledge created real issues when re-leasing the property. Communication was terrible throughout our use of the agent. For example, the agent once called and ask us to approve the installation of a fire place gate when our property has no fire place - they had confused properties. Further, the agent approved a bond deduction amount of $300 without consulting with us, before providing a quote of $1300 to repair the issue. Inspection reports lacked detail. Final inspections at the end of lease were poor resulting in the property being left messy. Finally,
