I had a great exchange with the realestate and would recommend dealing with this company as my interaction with them resulted in obtaining secure and safe housing. From being of no fixed address to now being properly housed thanking them and wishing them all the best in the future

Falls proved very persistent in applying their excellent market knowledge to find tenants who met our requirements for our rental property. Falls also exhibited outstanding professionalism and consideration of our needs when a significant problem arose with a contractor. They quickly resolved this problem to our complete satisfaction. Throughout our dealings with Falls we have found them to be proactive and thorough.

Had a great experience with Fall Real Estate handing over property management of our place at New Norfolk. Being an existing client made it even easier and the service received from Mel Groves was prompt, friendly and very professional. We were able to lease the property within 2 days of advertising.

If you are a renter, and believe you are entitled to a little bit of customer service, then the ladies at Fall are for you. If like me you are sick of being treated like a second class citizen, even though the whole industry relies on me working and paying rent, then choose Fall. They return calls and emails and allow inspection times that suit your schedule. They speak to you like you are a human. And they are actually lovely, and you can see they like what they do.

When moving house is one of the most stressful times. Your to do list is longer than your kids Christmas wish list. Mel from fall real estate, has gone over and beyond to help with every step. Making everything as stress free, helping with private inspections, to bond even helping fill out forms. She is a credit to fall real estate. I would highly recommend anyone to go throw Mel, she is amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the rating is just not high enough.
