100% would recommend Falls Real Estate to lease my house.
Nicole and her team are very professional with communications, any repairs needed and follow up of work completed. 3 month house inspection with photos are always done. I could thoroughly recommend Falls Real Estate to lease my house.

Kristy Murtagh agent - so happy
Kristy took on our property at late notice for a short term rental. She was extremely pleasant on the phone and we had an exceptional outcome due to her quick action in finding tenants. We are so grateful for Kristy’s work, as are our new tenants. It has been a fantastic outcome.
