This was my first experience with Fall Real Estate and it was a very positive one. Bec and Tania are both lovely. I applied for the property just prior to the inspection. On arrival to the inspection for the property, I was greeted by Tania, who new exactly who I was from my application and was able to ask follow up questions regarding my application and answer any questions I had. Bec was very prompt to reply to my emails and keep me informed on the status of my application via both email and phone contact. The whole process from viewing the property online, to applying, inspecting it and being approved for the property was very efficient and easy. They do regular inspections and provide photos . As I live in Melbourne I rely on their honest observations about my property. Last financial year I had to make two insurance claims for water damage, the Team at Fall were the contact point for the insurers, the contractors they engaged and myself.
