Dedicated and delightful Agent

We initially tried to sell privately but due to the nature of the Hobart market we decided to get a local agent to help . We interviewed five agents from different companies and settled on Suzanne. She stood out for her personality, honesty and warmth. The market had already peaked and she put in the hard yards and open homes to foster interest . We had to change our expectations and Suzanne was very good with her marketing strategy to keep interest alive and follow up leads. When we got an offer under our target she worked hard to negotiate it up to a price both parties were happy with. We are forever grateful for the time and effort she put in and that she always listened to us and was enthusiastic about our extra requests for open homes. In hindsight looking back at sales then and since the outcome she achieved was fantastic.
