Persistence is key

Jude had actually shown us some properties when we looked to buy this one we ware now selling. We were impressed with her follow up. When selling, our first offer fell through due to finance. We had a clause where Jude could keep showing it, and we left it on the market. She was quietly proactive in this time, so when our buyer fell through, we achieved another quickly.
