This high watermark title actually includes 2 separate parcels. One on Jetty Road offering 1704m2 and a second part on Wielangta Road which offers 11,770m2 of bush land. Told you it was rare!
Now let me clarify. The first parcel on Jetty Road is in a magnificent dream spot. However, it is zoned as open space, meaning that you cannot build a home here, so what can you do?
If it was me I would rebuild the old Jetty and build a boat shed subject to the appropriate approvals, perhaps visit regularly with my caravan or apply for a caravan license to park it there permanently. Either way the location is simply amazing and is begging to be enjoyed in a way that suits within possibilities.
So what about the other parcel, just up the road? Situated in an elevated position it is zoned rural so can be built on S.T.C.A. What about the timber on offer? With the price of firewood and sheer amount on offer, there's good economic value in that alone, just by clearing a spot for your house or bush shack. In fact the size of this parcel is closer to 3 acres than two, in the old measurement.
In all my years, this is one of the most amazing opportunities that I have ever seen, and at this price the lucky new owner will have to make contact quickly.
