An excellent communicator and listener always seeking to understand our needs

This was the only time we had sold a property in 30 years. Deb's interpersonal skills are excellent, always seeking to understand which gave us confidence in her ability. When we first met, while deciding on an agent to sell our property, Deb struck us with her warmth, keen desire to understand our needs and when necessary, respectfully challenging us on our thinking and expectations. In reality, she saw our property's virtues and guided the photographer's and videographer's focus, highlighting our strengths from entrance to water. Throughout this process, she shared her thoughts, sought our feedback and when necessary challenged us. Her selling experience in our area ensured that she knew the history of many properties, their strengths and their deficiencies when compared to our house. She was also able to speak with authority on the current market, be it gaining strength or becoming softer. Deb always made herself available face-to-face, by phone, text, or email. She always appeared calm and relaxed even when asked seemingly trivial questions or concerns. Her weekly reviews were always helpful providing feedback from all open-home visitors as well as interested parties that gained information from realestate.com. She would always speak personally to the data indicating where we were placed in the market. This level of communication was always reassuring and delivered with good humour.
