Friendly, positive and always available

Ours was a difficult block to sell, but Jude already had experience selling land with a conservation covenant and this helped a lot. She was friendly and positive throughout, and also patient with us (four co-vendors). She kept us updated and followed-up on everything. Plus she wasn't phased by having to walk prospective buyers over the block (1km each way!) which she did on many occasions.
