Attention to detail

Tayla is easy to communicate with via phone and email. The attention to detail on condition report made our extremely busy schedules a lot easier. As we didn't have to report every last thing because Tayla already went through and thoroughly made notes of every detail.

It is super important to be able to fully trust your property manager.

When you encounter a 'worst scenario' challenge as a landlord; a 'difficult' tenant who causes issues that require protracted investigation and significant management action, you really need to have a top-notch property manager on your side. And if you do, it makes you so calm and relieved that you are not on your own; that you have the best professional support to navigate your mini-rental crisis on your behalf.
