Great first experience. Easy application, friendly processed application and answer in 48 hours. For owners, looks like they are on the ball, renters, easy fast application and answer. Been renting for 35 years one of the best so far, will update in 4 months after 1st inspection.

The communication with having maintenance done has been quick with getting things done. Having a reception sent within a couple of days from the time you have paid your rent. When doing a inspection of the house was a great pleasure. Swift response in what needs to be done to fix that need to help with cleaning or what need to be fixed.
