Excellent honest estate agent
Lucas had allot of knowledge on the Orange and surround real estate. This seemed to go as far as newly constructed homes, vacant land and highly sort after cbd residential homes. The answers given to all queries were very honest and up front. The property we purchased through Lucas was a near heritage home constructed in 1890. Lucas seemed to have extensive knowledge in the building quality, history and value. As an agent he understood the clear price guide and the potential the property could offer for a renovation. It’s was a pleasure to deal the him and his team.

High achiever and emerging as one of the best in Orange!
Lucas was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a very keen, respectful young man who knocked on our door 3 times to get our listing, proving he is driven and hungry to make his mark in the Central West Real Estate Market. We took a risk on this young man whom we knew nothing about, which has paid off for us given the speed and value of our sale. Great first home buying experience.
Starting from the first conversation I had with Lucas there has been nothing but respect, understanding and professionalism. Lucas was always happy to provide information throughout the buying process. He was very straight forward and open about every aspect of the house and did net attempt to apply pressure at any stage. First experience with real-estate agents
Lucas was very realistic in regards to the prices of the properties I inspected. He was/is very pleasant and patient with me despite me not knowing anything about real-estate whatsoever so he made the whole process easy as. Before Lucas I was in talks with another real-estate agent who definitely tried to sell me a property way out of proportion to what it was worth and thus gave me a bad impression with real-estate agents. Lucas changed that and I'll definitely be recommending him to any of my friends who are looking to buy.

Tenacity in sales

Lucas did a fantastic job in getting a great sale price for our home that was beyond our expectations. He is very knowledgeable and always available to advise his clients and answer any questions.
