I'm a first time buyer and found Gai to be fantastic to deal with throughout the entire purchase experience. I was a bit wary of some of the pushy estate agents I encountered but Gai didn't put me off by trying to rush me into making a purchase decision I'd later regret. I looked at two properties that Gai managed and I'm very happy with my decision to purchase the second. Unfortunately due to border restrictions I couldn't attend viewings in person so Gai went the extra mile and scheduled video viewings with me.
