Glenn is a very experienced and witty agent. He promises you the world but fails to deliver. Make sure you have everything in writing and exercise your rights in accordance to the legal contract. No compromises, do not take Glenn's word for it, even how small the matter is. You do not want to be calling and sending constant reminders to upset him and getting yourself upset too.
