Great agent that we dealt with (Lisa). Very well documented contracts even with our additional clauses. Matter of fact about and clear about any issues or mix ups. We moved from a single offer to a multiple offers and it was handled very professionally. Ease of accessing the property multiple times during our due dillagence clause to check everything. Still awaiting settlement but everything has been a breeze so far for us (first home buyers)

I have really appreciated the calm and helpful voice at the end of all my calls and Alex you always went that extra bit to ensure the process went smoothly. I was a difficult client (due to my situation) but you never missed a beat when I called. I absolutely love my settlement gift and the personal touch gift from Alex. Shows he really took an interest in our conversations. Also the First National lanyard on the keys was a saving grace as I would have lost the keys so many times during the move. Nice touch! Helen is one of the most professional, kind people I have met. Our sale and purchase was a little complicated and stressful, especially as settlement was the week before Christmas, but Helene always remained positive and calming and offered so much encouragement when stress levels ran high.
