She was a consummate professional at all times, which has been such a blessing for us, after having dealt with some really dodgy real estate agents - quite a few actually. Helene was extremely warm and helpful at all times, and did not brush off any enquiry with a questionable answer. Anything she was unsure of, she took the time to find out the facts and always responded very promptly. Her assistant Alison was also very professional and down to earth and we really appreciate their help and honesty through the process of buying our first home. We will definitely be recommending her to all our friends/acquaintances in the area, who may be looking to sell, as she definitely provided a service up and above that which we have seen across Brisbane and Ipswich.

We cant give a comprehensive review of Glen's performance as we never directly negotiated with him throughout the process. Glen's employee's Lisa and Alex were excellent and very responsive to requests. We cant thank Alex enough, on numerous occasions he went out of his way to accommodate our requests. We highly recommend Alex.

We have been quite a lot with our block and Lyn has been at the forefront. Lyn has been so very patient and her communication with both us and the potential buyers has been exception. Lyn works very hard and is a geniunely nice person. We have been through a journey to find a couple that truely love our block and we are so happy that they will be able to build a family home to share their memories there. Glenn has almost become a member of the family. We purchased our current home through him last November 2016 and he sold our previous home in January/ February 2017. Even though there some issues with the sale due to the purchasers we still sorted it out successfully. In February this year we again entrusted Glenn to sell our rental property for us . This settled last Friday 24th November 2017. There were various factors involved with this protracted sale but Glenn and his team and my wife and I persevered and came up with the result. The wife is waiting for the flowers. We highly recommend Glenn.
