Best real estate EVER!!
We have used Matt Tennant three times to buy and sell properties. He has extensive knowledge of the Redlands and will not stop until he has achieved the best result possible. This last move was completed during very difficult circumstances and Matt's expertise made every thing easier. I don't think we would be in our new home now if we had not had Matt's assistance. Voted #1 for a reason!

The perfect Agent
The first house was just an open house and was not really suitable, so we told Matt what we wanted, he listened and the second place was perfect. SOLD. During the Under Contract time we wanted access to the vacant property ... many times for tradies to quote us on changes we wanted to make the house our home, and Matt was always available to help us. We are so happy with Matt’s genuine personality and extremely high levels of customer service. Matts smile from start to end is a testament to someone who loves their job. Matt will now be selling our current home. 100%

Sale of our property
Matt sold our property in record time with a great price. We appreciated his honest, genuine and open approach to selling our property. A Genuine Professional - Matt Tennant
We have sold multiple homes in the past but we have never dealt with such a genuine, knowledgeable, professional and hardworking agent as Matt. He made the process stress free with no pressure. His honesty & integrity is refreshing. Matt came highly recommended by several friends in the Redlands area. His communication & negotiations were fantastic he gave us great advise & he kept us "in the loop" always. I cant recommend Matt highly enough.
