Top agent! Five stars.
Jan and I are happy to recommend Matt Tennant. Before we listed the house for sale, Matt gave us clear guidance on what needed to be attended to, so that the house would be ready to sell. He also gave us clear advice on the price we could realistically expect. The house sold in two days, and the price was just what he had predicted. Matt was available and an active support right through to settlement. Top agent! Five stars.

Fantastic Agent!

Sensational Agent! Best around hands down.
We have personally sold and purchased many properties in the bayside area of the past decade using a different agent each time as we were never 100% happy with our results along the way. Having just sold another property after giving Matt the listing, our only regret is that we did not sell and purchase our previous properties with Matt. Over all Matt is very professional and due to his trustworthiness along with his personal integrity he has an amazing ability to get the best results for both the seller and the purchaser. Can not recommend Matt highly enough, 10/10

Phenomenal salesman

Sale of block
